Lift -All V series Chain Block C/W Overload Protect on by Beaver Brands supplied to various distributors from May 2012 to June 2013. Aff ected capacites:
capacit es 0.5T X 3M; 0.5T X 6M; 1T X 3M; 1T X 6M; 2T X 3M; 2T X 6M
Defect: Retaining spring could dislodge causing some ball bearings to fall outof the chain block.
Hazard: Top hook block could separate from the chain block causing chain block to fall.
What to do: Stop using chain block immediately. Inspect top hook block according to instruct ons. If grub screw present recommence using chain block. If grub screw not present, contact Beaver
