Head Protection

The head is one of the most vulnerable parts of the body in hazardous environments, making reliable and compliant headgear indispensable. Perhaps the most recognisable form of head protection, hard hats are designed to withstand impact from falling objects and debris. Hard hats or bump caps typically consist of a durable outer shell made of high-density polyethylene or ABS plastic and an inner suspension system to absorb and distribute impact energy.

Our range of Frontier hard hats include vented and non-vented styles as well as options with various suspension systems, adjustable straps, and accessories such as chin straps and face shields. Some of our hard hats can be customisable with the addition of printed logos. We also manufacture the Frontier Tuffgard Miners Hard Hat with a lamp bracket. All Frontier Hard Hats comply to AS/NZS 1801:1997, while Frontier Bump Caps comply with EN 812:2012

Respiratory Protection

THE FRONTIER RANGE OF DISPOSABLE RESPIRATORY MASKS INCLUDES BOTH CUP SHAPED AND FOLD FLAT MODELS, as well as vented masks or non-vented models, depending on user requirements and preference.

All P2 Frontier masks are certified to Australian Standards AS/NZS1716:2012 and suitable for filtering out most airborne hazards found in the workplace to provide a safe, comfortable, and convenient solution.

Frontier masks are maintenance free and designed for single use. This means they are fitted to start a work shift and discarded once the mask is removed on taking a break. A mask should be used for no more than 8 continuous hours. At any time, if breathing starts to become laboured, it is likely the mask is nearing particulate saturation and a new one should be fitted.

All the Frontier P2 mask range are made from industrial grade materials with ultrasonic bonded head bands with no staples for comfort, and adjustable nose bridges for a snug fit.

Hearing Protection

Choosing the right hearing protection is dependent on the noise level experienced on the job or the surrounding environment. It also depends on the right fit and expected comfort level. We stock Frontier hearing protection devices including Class 5 corded earplugs, uncorded earplugs and Class 4 overhead earmuffs suitable for most applications.

Hand Protection

Constructed from materials such as nitrile, neoprene, or PVC, these gloves offer reliable protection against chemical burns, skin irritation, and contamination.

In cold weather or cold working environments where frostbite and hypothermia are potential risks, our Frontier, Contego and Ninja cold resistant gloves provide warmth and protection against extreme temperatures. Featuring thermal insulating materials such as fleece, Thinsulate or terry knitted fabric, these gloves keep hands warm and comfortable without sacrificing dexterity, making them suitable for outdoor work in winter conditions.

Our certified Frontier Category III Type 5/6 SMS Disposable Coveralls for hazardous chemical and particle protection are made from a unique barrier polypropylene fabric that has a trilaminate construction offering high tensile strength and toughness while also being soft and comfortable to wear. These coveralls feature a comfortable elasticised hood, ankles, and cuffs.

The Frontier Super Suit is made from 65gsm microporous film laminate that combines high tensile strength, barrier protection and breathability. Certified for Type 4, 5, 6 protection, the suit can protect against chemical sprays, asbestos removal, spray painting, radioactive materials and viruses.
