Head Protection
The head is one of the most vulnerable parts of the body in hazardous environments, making reliable and compliant headgear indispensable. Perhaps the most recognisable form of head protection, hard hats are designed to withstand impact from falling objects and debris. Hard hats or bump caps typically consist of a durable outer shell made of high-density polyethylene or ABS plastic and an inner suspension system to absorb and distribute impact energy.
Our range of Frontier hard hats include vented and non-vented styles as well as options with various suspension systems, adjustable straps, and accessories such as chin straps and face shields. Some of our hard hats can be customisable with the addition of printed logos. We also manufacture the Frontier Tuffgard Miners Hard Hat with a lamp bracket. All Frontier Hard Hats comply to AS/NZS 1801:1997, while Frontier Bump Caps comply with EN 812:2012
Eye Protection
In hazardous work environments, safeguarding one's eyes is essential for preventing injuries and maintaining long-term visual health. From flying debris to harmful chemicals, various workplace hazards pose a risk to the eyes, making the use of safety glasses and goggles imperative. At Beaver Brands we offer a comprehensive range of safety eyewear designed to meet the diverse needs of modern workplaces.
Our range features the latest styles of Mack and Frontier safety glasses, from sleek, sporty designs to classic frames - ensuring that workers feel comfortable and confident while adhering to safety protocols.
Our Mack and Frontier safety glasses and safety goggles also feature the latest advanced technologies in anti-fog coatings, UV protection, shatterproof and polarised lenses to enhance clarity, visibility, and comfort in various working conditions.
Constructed from high-quality materials such as polycarbonate, our safety eyewear is built to withstand the rigors of everyday use while providing long-lasting protection. All Mack and Frontier safety eyewear complies to AS/NZS 1337.1:2010 for medium impact protection.
Respiratory Protection
THE FRONTIER RANGE OF DISPOSABLE RESPIRATORY MASKS INCLUDES BOTH CUP SHAPED AND FOLD FLAT MODELS, as well as vented masks or non-vented models, depending on user requirements and preference.
All P2 Frontier masks are certified to Australian Standards AS/NZS1716:2012 and suitable for filtering out most airborne hazards found in the workplace to provide a safe, comfortable, and convenient solution.
Frontier masks are maintenance free and designed for single use. This means they are fitted to start a work shift and discarded once the mask is removed on taking a break. A mask should be used for no more than 8 continuous hours. At any time, if breathing starts to become laboured, it is likely the mask is nearing particulate saturation and a new one should be fitted.
All the Frontier P2 mask range are made from industrial grade materials with ultrasonic bonded head bands with no staples for comfort, and adjustable nose bridges for a snug fit.
Hearing Protection
Choosing the right hearing protection is dependent on the noise level experienced on the job or the surrounding environment. It also depends on the right fit and expected comfort level. We stock Frontier hearing protection devices including Class 5 corded earplugs, uncorded earplugs and Class 4 overhead earmuffs suitable for most applications.
Hand Protection
Beaver Brands are one of Australia’s leading distributors of premium brand hand protection including Ninja gloves, Contego gloves, Frontier gloves and Mack gloves.
Our hand protection range consists of everything from disposable gloves, general purpose gloves to gloves that protect against cuts and punctures, harsh chemicals, cold weather, hot environments, and injuries from impacts. All gloves are manufactured to meet relevant standards.
For general-purpose tasks where dexterity and grip are essential, our general-purpose work gloves range includes lightweight and breathable gloves crafted from durable materials such as leather and nylon with some featuring nitrile coatings for added grip and durability. These gloves provide comfort and flexibility while offering protection against abrasions, minor cuts and punctures, making them ideal for assembly lines, handling materials, and light construction work.
In environments where the risk of cuts and punctures is prevalent, such as metalworking, glass handling, construction, or mining, we offer a selection of gloves engineered with premium cut-resistant liners made from materials such as Kevlar, Dyneema, leather, or steel fibres, with some styles featuring advanced nitrile foam coatings. These cut resistant gloves provide an additional layer of protection without compromising on dexterity, allowing workers to handle sharp objects and machinery with confidence.
For industries where exposure to harsh chemicals is a concern, such as laboratories, chemical processing plants, or janitorial services, our Frontier and Ninja chemical-resistant gloves are designed to withstand exposure to acids, solvents, oils, and other hazardous substances. Constructed from materials such as nitrile, neoprene, or PVC, these gloves offer reliable protection against chemical burns, skin irritation, and contamination.
In cold weather or cold working environments where frostbite and hypothermia are potential risks, our Frontier, Contego and Ninja cold resistant gloves provide warmth and protection against extreme temperatures. Featuring thermal insulating materials such as fleece, Thinsulate or terry knitted fabric, these gloves keep hands warm and comfortable without sacrificing dexterity, making them suitable for outdoor work in winter conditions.
Conversely, in hot environments such as foundries, welding operations, or glass manufacturing, our heat-resistant gloves are designed to withstand high temperatures and protect against burns and thermal hazards.
Additionally, for tasks involving impacts and crush injuries, such as construction, automotive assembly, or mining, our range includes impact-resistant gloves equipped with padded knuckles, reinforced palms, and shock-absorbing materials. These impact resistant gloves and mechanics gloves offer enhanced protection against blunt force trauma, crush injuries, and vibration-related disorders, allowing workers to perform tasks safely and efficiently.
Body Protection
Both employers and individuals need to ensure the body is adequately protected from hazards and contaminants for a safe, comfortable work environment.
All protective coveralls and body protection equipment should also meet the necessary Australian Standards.
Beaver Brands manufacture and distribute a complete range of protection body coveralls and suits and can also supply protective hair nets, bear covers, arm sleeves and non-skid shoe covers.
